3. Untethered to any particular method or tool, we will propose the most appropriate techniques to meet your goals (Target Oriented).
4. Without fear of conflict we will debate and propose plans vigorously (Recommendation/Proposal).
5. We will pursue the goal to the end, never yielding to changes in the environment (Leadership).
