Arcadia offers the following two services. "CIO Service" and "PMO Service".
Our consulting style is based on a fusion of coaching and facilitation methods. Rather than proposing a predetermined solution, this coaching x facilitation consulting style rests on a cooperative problem solving process leading to a convincing, easily understood solution consensus.
We DO NOT offer IT solution products or services, nor does it have any special partnerships with IT vendors. This allows us to eschew unneeded IT solutions - providing planning and procurement support to match client situation and goals in the pursuit of IT investment optimization.

CIO Service (Regular Operations Support)
A service to provide professional IT utilization representative/support for small and medium size companies and the subsidiaries of larger organizations for whom procuring a CIO (or staff to perform a similar function) is challenging, and for firms who do not need such competencies on a full-time basis.
PMO Service (Atypical Operations Support)
PMO Service is a representative/support service for the PM and/or PMO of projects that are part of non-regular operations. Our PMO service brings able and experienced PM consultants to the client project in a PMO representative/support service role.
